STRAIGHT ANSWERS
Frequently asked questions.
Weight choice, fit, training, delivery and returns.Choosing a vest
Which weight should I choose?
For a first weighted vest, start with 4 kg. Choose 7 kg or more only if you already train consistently and can keep natural movement under load. If you are between options, start lighter.
Are the weights adjustable?
No. Each Stravo vest has a fixed compact load. Choose 4 kg, 7 kg, 9 kg or 13 kg.
Why fixed weight?
Fixed load removes the setup of changing plates or bags and keeps the vest ready for the routine you already have.
Fit and training
Can I walk and run in it?
Yes. Begin with walking to confirm the fit and load feel controlled. Introduce running gradually and stop if the vest changes your stride, shifts excessively or causes pain.
How tight should it be?
Secure enough to reduce shifting, but not so tight that breathing or normal movement feels restricted.
What can I use it for?
Walking, stairs, controlled running and bodyweight movements. Use common sense around jumping or high-impact work and choose a load you can control.
How do I clean it?
Wipe or spot-clean it after use and let it air dry completely. Always check the care label supplied with the vest before machine washing or drying.
Orders and returns
Is delivery free in Australia?
Standard delivery is free Australia-wide. Orders are usually prepared within 1–2 business days. Regional and remote areas may take longer after dispatch.
When will I receive tracking?
Tracking is emailed after the carrier accepts your parcel. It can take a short time for the first scan to appear.
Can I return the vest?
You can start an eligible change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery. The vest must be unused, unworn and in its original packaging. Australian Consumer Law rights also apply for faulty or incorrect items.
