Terms of Service
Last updated: 25 August 2026
These terms apply when you use stravo.com.au or purchase from Stravo. By placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy, Shipping and Refund Policies.
Store use and orders
You must provide current and accurate checkout information and use the store only for lawful purposes. An order is an offer to buy. We may accept, reject or cancel an order for reasons including stock errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud or an inability to deliver. If we cancel after payment, the affected amount will be refunded.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges and discounts are shown at checkout. Payment must be authorised before an order is fulfilled.
Product information and use
We take reasonable care with product descriptions, images and availability, but screen colours and minor details may vary. Weighted training places additional load on the body. Choose an appropriate weight, follow product instructions, check the vest before use and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or unusual discomfort. Seek advice from a qualified health professional if you have a medical condition, injury, are pregnant or are unsure whether weighted training is suitable for you.
Optional Shipping Protection
Shipping Protection is an optional $4.99 service and is not required to order. If it appears as a line item in your cart, you have chosen to add it.
For an eligible parcel that is lost, stolen after carrier-confirmed delivery, or damaged in transit, Stravo may provide a replacement or refund up to the purchase price of the affected goods after reviewing the claim. To request support, contact us with your order number, tracking details and reasonable supporting evidence. Transit damage or theft should be reported within 7 days of delivery. Suspected loss should be reported after the carrier’s estimated delivery window has passed.
Shipping Protection does not cover an incorrect or incomplete customer-supplied address, failure to collect a parcel, refusal of delivery, loss or damage after a parcel has been safely received, ordinary wear, product misuse, deliberate acts or a claim lacking reasonable evidence. We may check the claim with the carrier. These terms do not limit rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Intellectual property
Store content, including text, graphics, photographs and design, is owned by or licensed to Stravo and may not be copied or commercially used without permission, except as permitted by law.
Liability and consumer rights
To the extent permitted by law, Stravo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the store or products. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms by posting a revised version. The terms in force when your order is placed apply to that order. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Australia, and disputes are subject to the courts with applicable jurisdiction.
