LOAD SIGNAL

Feel the difference in the work.

Added load gives a familiar movement a new training input. The goal is not to change how you move — it is to make the movement you can already control more demanding.

Start lighter. Your gait and form should stay natural. If they do not, reduce the load.

WORN AROUND AUSTRALIA

Real miles. Real routines.

What Stravo customers say after putting the vest into their week.

“The 4 kg vest sits close once the straps are set. I’ve been using it on my regular morning loop and it doesn’t feel bulky.”
Alex M. Bondi, NSW
“Simple to put on, easy to tighten and no loose plates to organise. It fits into the walks I was already doing.”
Jordan K. Fitzroy, VIC
“I started lighter than I first planned and I’m glad I did. The fit feels secure and the vest stays fairly quiet while moving.”
Sam R. New Farm, QLD
“The fixed weight keeps it straightforward. I grab it, clip in and head out rather than setting up a full session.”
Taylor B. Fremantle, WA
“The straps adjusted quickly and the load feels evenly placed around my torso. Good for stairs and brisk walks.”
Casey L. Glenelg, SA
“I wanted something I could use outside instead of adding another gym session. This has been easy to work into the week.”
Morgan T. Sandy Bay, TAS
“The vest feels compact for the weight and doesn’t hang away from the body. The weight guide also made choosing easier.”
Riley P. Braddon, ACT
“Delivery tracking was clear and the vest was ready to use straight away. After a few adjustments, the fit felt secure.”
Jamie C. Nightcliff, NT

WHY STRAVO FITS THE ROUTINE

Simple enough to use often.

A weighted vest only works if it does not become another piece of equipment you avoid. Stravo keeps the setup compact, fixed and quick.

01 / STABLE

Close-to-body fit

Adjustable front straps help reduce shifting so the vest stays centred while you move.

02 / SIMPLE

Fixed load

No loose plates, sandbags or weight changes between sessions. Put it on and start.

03 / FLEXIBLE

One vest, many sessions

Use it for walking, stairs, running and controlled bodyweight training.

CHOOSE YOUR LOAD

Start controlled. Progress from there.

The right weight challenges you without changing your gait, stride or posture. If this is your first weighted vest, 4 kg is the sensible starting point.

4 kgSTARTER

Walking, light conditioning and a first experience of added load.

7 kgREGULAR

For consistent exercisers who want more demand on brisk walks and circuits.

9 kgTRAINED

For experienced users who already keep stable form while training under load.

13 kgADVANCED

Strength-focused weighted training. Not the right starting point for most people.

Stop if the vest causes pain or changes how you naturally walk or run.

WHAT CHANGES WHEN YOU ADD LOAD

Same session. A different demand.

YOUR USUAL SESSION

Bodyweight only

  • Keep your familiar route
  • Progress through more time or speed
  • No added resistance
THE SAME SESSION + STRAVO

Add 4–13 kg

  • Keep your familiar route
  • Progress load when form stays controlled
  • More resistance with every step

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Know before you load.

Which weight should I choose?
For a first weighted vest, start with 4 kg. Choose 7 kg or more only if you already train consistently and can keep natural movement under load. Starting lighter is better than buying a vest you avoid using.
Can I walk and run in it?
Yes. Begin with walking so you can confirm the fit and load feel controlled. Introduce running gradually and stop if the vest changes your stride, shifts excessively or causes pain.
Will it move around?
The adjustable front straps are designed to keep the vest close to your torso. Tighten them enough to limit shifting without restricting your breathing.
Are the weights adjustable?
No. Each option is a fixed-weight vest. Choose 4 kg, 7 kg, 9 kg or 13 kg. The fixed load keeps setup quick and the profile compact.
How should I clean it?
Wipe or spot-clean after use and let it air dry completely. Follow the care label supplied with the vest before using a washing machine or dryer.
How does Australian delivery work?
Standard delivery is free Australia-wide. Orders are usually prepared within 1–2 business days and tracking is sent after dispatch. Remote areas may take longer.
What is the return window?
You can start an eligible change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery. The vest must be unused, unworn and in its original packaging. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law also apply.
